North Korea 'formally informed' the US that it has 'ratified' a strike against it, possibly involving 'diversified nuclear strike,' according to the North Korean state news agency KCNA.
Earlier the Pentagon stated the US will deploy a missile defense system in Guam, south of North Korea. (Reuters)
