UN Secretary-General concerned over N. Korean threats
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said during a press conference he held in Monaco that he is very concerned with the stepping up of North Korean threats.
He added that he is disappointed with the restrictions North Korea placed upon South Korean workers in the joint industrial zone in Kaesong and said he hopes that they will be lifted as soon as possible. (AFP)
