Palestinian minister accuses Israel of negligence
Palestinian Prisoner Affairs Minister Issa Karaka told the Palestinian Maan new agency that the results of the autopsy on Palestinian security prisoner Maisara Abu Hamdiyeh at the Palestinian forensic institute prove that his death was caused by negligence.
According to him, the results show that the Israel Prison Service neglected Abu Hamdia's medical condition for years. Karaka also said that Israel premeditatedly neglected the prisoner who had been complaining of pain since 2003. (Ynet)
