North Korea increases artillery productions

North Korea's autocrat Kim Jong-un ordered an increased production of artillery two weeks ago, the South Korean news agency Yonhap reported.
Kim said: "When war breaks, we'll have to wipe out the enemy's bases and institutions in one blow. We have to be sure we posses quality artillery and shells." (Ynet)
