CBS: Average wage drops by 0.9%, now NIS 9,159
The average employee salary has decreased between November 2012 and January 2013 by 0.9%, standing at NIS 9,159 ($2,527) on January, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics.
The number of jobs rose by 0.6% over the last year, standing at 3,177,000 jobs following a rise of 0.4% between August and October 2012. (Avital Lahav)
