Livni enables Holocaust survivors free legal aid
Justice Minister Tzipi Livni passed a memorandum allowing Holocaust survivors to receive free legal aid to inquire as to their eligibility for compensation.
The memo is a correction to the previous law which allowed free council only to survivors of a low financial standing. (Aviel Magnezi)
