Peres speaks at Holocaust Remembrance Day ceremony
President Shimon Peres said at the Holocaust Remembrance Day ceremony in Yad Vashem: "The enlightened world must ask itself how it is that so shortly after the incinerators have been extinguished, after the tremendous loss of lives that the Allies endured in order to take down the Nazi devil – can a leadership such as the Iranian regime walk so proudly and not only deny the Holocaust but also threaten to cast another Holocaust."
