One dead, 66 wounded in Cairo clashes after funeral

One person was killed and 66 were wounded during clashes that broke out in central Cairo on Sunday after a funeral service at the Coptic cathedral for four Christians killed during sectarian violence on Friday, the state news agency MENA said.
