Peres: Bow your head for victims, raise it for Israel

In a video recording for the Holocaust Remembrance Day march to be held Monday noon in the Auschwitz death camp President Shimon Peres said that "the Jewish nation today numbers less than it did the eve of the war. The war ended in 1945, and three years later the greatest miracle happened: The State of Israel."

The president emphasized the importance of the ceremony and said: "Bow your head for them, and raise it for the State of Israel." (Ynet)
