Early release of Bat Ein terror group member rejected

The Lod Administrative Affairs Court accepted the State's appeal of the early release of Ofer Gamliel, a member of the Bat Ein Jewish terrorist group. Gamliel is serving 15 years for attempted murder and illegal possession of firearms.

The court's ruling noted that Gamliel did not undergo therapy in prison and could reapply for an early release in December 2013, pending such treatment. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
