Man disappointed with hair-removal attacks beauty parlor manager

An indictment was filed in the Kfar Saba Magistrate's Court against a 30-year-old man from the Elkana settlement for alleged assault, threats and theft from a beauty parlor in his community.

According to the indictment, the man arrived at the beauty parlor and demanded his money returned citing his displeasure with a hair removal treatment he underwent at the place. After the manager refused he assaulted her, threatened her and took a laptop and a cellular phone from the place. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
