State backs decision not to fund Yitzhar yeshiva
The State has filed its response to the High Court of Justice regarding Yitzhar's Od Yosef Hai yeshiva's appeal against the Education Ministry decision to deny funding.
In its response, the State backed the decision and claimed that it was made based on the involvement of the yeshiva students in violent activities against Palestinians and security forces. (Aviel Magnezi)
