Haifa collision: Police estimate truck was speeding
Investigators from the police's traffic unit estimate that truck driver involved in the multiple-vehicle collision on the road between Haifa and the Checkpoint junction near Nesher had exceeded the speed limit and was driving recklessly before the crash.
