HRW: Syrian Air Force deliberately targets civilians

Human Rights Watch is accusing the Syrian Air Force of carrying out both deliberate air strikes against civilians and indiscriminate attacks, the BBC reported.

Human Rights Watch says it visited 52 sites in north-western Syria, documenting 59 such unlawful attacks. (Ynet)
