2 female worshippers detained at Wailing Wall
Two female worshippers were detained at the Wailing Wall after donning prayer shawls, against a High Court of Justice ruling. Knesset members Michal Rosin and Tamar Zandberg who participated in the prayer tried to accompany the women to the police station but were withheld by the police.
Police also detained a haredi man who set a prayer book used by the women of the wall on fire. (Kobi Nahshoni and Noam Dvir)
