Man who stole from elderly woman charged with robbery
The State Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment with the Jerusalem District Court against Emmanuel Beiri, 41, on charges of robbery. According to the indictment, Beiri followed an old woman, 93, after she sold two gold bracelets last March.
After completing the sale, the woman returned to her place of residence, where Beiri asked her if she needed assistance. He then grabbed her purse, pushed her to the floor and ran off with NIS 7,800. (Aviel Magnezi)
