2 injured, 1 in custody after shooting at US mall

Officials say two women have been shot and a suspect is in custody following a shooting at a community college section of a shopping mall. The women's conditions and identities are unknown.

Christianburg city spokeswoman Becky Wilburn says emergency officials received a call around 2 p.m. local time Friday about someone with a gun at a New River Community College satellite campus in the mall outside of Blacksburg. The caller reported hearing shots fired. (AP)
