Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the State ceremony for the victims of terrorism in Mount Herzl in Jerusalem: "Terrorism isn't a curse from God – it's manmade."
Netanyahu also said: "We'll never be like the killers who do not shy away from killing innocents. We'll not educate our children to vengeance and hate, and we'll not blindly cause incitement." (Boaz Fyler)
