Name of cyclist killed in West Bank released

The cyclist who was killed in the hit-and-run accident in the West Bank Monday morning has been identified as 47-year-old Gavriel Diego Lerner.
The driver who hit Lerner fled the scene and turned himself in to Palestinian police. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
