The Palestinian suspected of the hit-and-run was transferred to the custody of the Shai sub-district police. At his interrogation he claimed that he couldn't see the cyclist as he was unsighted by the blaze of the sun. He is set to return to the custody of Palestianian police following the conclusion of the investigation. (Itamar Fleishman)
