Boston Police Commissioner: No one in custody

Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis spoke at a press conference convened in wake of the Boston Marathon bombing and said that no one is in custody in relation to the attack. He added that there are currently 176 injured, 17 of which are critical. (Reuters)
