Palestinian activists cut a fence surrounding the Ofer Prison as Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza mark Prisoners Day.
Palestinians reported that IDF and Border Guard forces used crowd dispersal means against the activists. Meanwhile, 3000 security prisoners refused food in the morning. (Elior Levy)
