Hamas terrorist arrested while plotting attack

A Nablus-based Hamas terrorist was arrested about a month ago in Mecca, where he met with Amir Dukan, a senior executive in the Gaza-based group, it was cleared for publication Sunday.
The man admitted during his interrogation by the IDF that Dukan offered him $60,000 for carrying out a terrorist attack against IDF troops in Nablus. He was arrested as he tried to obtain a gun for the attack.
