Remand of suspect in Zahava Chakol murder extended

The Petah Tikva Magistrates' Court has extended for five days the remand of Aritzia Akalsongo, the Congo national who is suspected in the murder of Zehava Chakol in a Netanya hotel, before throwing her body out of the window.

The Tel Aviv District Prosecutor has filed a statement, with the intention of filing an indictment during the remand period. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
