Israel, Egypt check why rocket launch wasn't stopped

Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch said Thursday that Israel had informed Egypt of the possibility that rockets would be launched from Sinai into Israel.
“We regularly pass notice onto the Egyptians, as we did in this case. We have not seen any prevention. We are checking why no interception was achieved, and the Egyptians are checking why the launch was not stopped," Aharonovich said. Two short range rockets were shot yesterday from Sinai into Eilat.
