US President Barack Obama was briefed overnight by a counter terrorism aide on the Boston bombing investigation and manhunt, a White House official said on Friday.
One suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing was killed during a shootout with police and a massive hunt was under way for the second suspect in the Boston suburb of Watertown. (Reuters)
