Knesset ratifies state budget

The Knesset plenum on Sunday has approved the outline for the bi-annual state budget submitted by Finance Minister Yair Lapid. The budget is for 2013-2014.
In accordance with a previous plenum decision, starting from 2015 the budget will return to an annual format. (Avital Lahav)
