Kerry urges Turkey PM to delay Gaza visit

US Secretary of State John Kerry said on Sunday he had asked Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to delay a visit to Gaza planned for next month.

"We have expressed to the prime minister that it would be better to delay (the visit to Gaza)," Kerry told reporters in Istanbul, urging him to wait for the "right conditions".(AFP)
