Alleged MK Stern attacker brought to detention on remand

The immigrant, who was arrested Sunday night for allegedly assaulting MK Elazar Stern (Hatnua), will be brought to detention on remand at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.
According to suspicion, while Stern was on a visit of south Tel Aviv, the immigrant approached him, hit him on the head, threw his yarmulke down and stomped on it. (Eli Senyor)
