Iran has condemned the Israel-US arms deal that US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel called on Monday, a "clear signal" to Iran. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said that this deal will result in instability and insecurity in the region. (AFP)
