Rivlin: We mustn't ignore Armenian Genocide

MK Reuven Rivlin (Likud-Beiteinu) said during a Knesset debate marking the 98th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, "Turkey has been and will continue to be an ally of Israel, but this does not justify the Knesset's disregard of the misfortunes of another people."
Rivlin added that "as people who have heard more than once the denial of the horrors that befell us, I think it is inconceivable that we ignore the Armenian Genocide." (Moran Azulay)
