Zygier received bad news from wife prior to death
The Rishon Lezion Magistrates' Court authorized the publication of new details in the case of Ben Zygier, also known as Prisoner X, who committed suicide at the Ayalon Prison in December 2010. According to the information, Zygier received a visit by his wife and daughter on the day of his death.
As the two left the prison cell, one of the guards noticed that Zygier was very upset and crying. His wife was then allowed to reenter the cell. She was seen crying as she left the cell a second time. The evidence suggest that Zygier had been given bad news. (Eli Senyor)
