Judge: Supreme Court allowed Women of the Wall to pray

The Jerusalem District Court denied the appeal filed by the police against the release from arrest of the five women from the Women of the Wall movement.

The five were held for questioning about two weeks ago after covering themselves with prayer shawls near the Western Wall. Judge Moshe Sovel stated that the Supreme Court's ruling on the issue does not prohibit the group from their practices. (Kobi Nachshoni)
