100,000 people at grave of Rabbi Simeon bar Yochai

Some 100,000 people have arrived to the annual Lag B'Omer celebration at the graveside of Rabbi Simeon Bar Yochai at Mount Meron.

Police said all the parking lots are filled to capacity and traffic is being directed to Safed. Highway 89 is expected to be blocked to traffic. Several dozen people have been treated by Magen David Adom paramedics onsite. (Maor Buchnik and Kobi Nachshoni)
