Man allegedly robs Holocaust survivor on Memorial Day

Carlos Santana, 37 from Ramat Gan, is accused of robbing an 89-year-old Holocaust survivor in Ashdod on Holocaust Remembrance Day.

According to the indictment, the survivor went to the bank to withdraw his wife's compensation from Germany from the bank. Leaving, after the siren sounded, the accused threatened to stab the man, grabbed the money and escaped. (Ilana Curiel)
