The cabinet has ratified the new designs of the NIS 50, 200 bills, which will bear the images of the poets Shaul Tchernichovsky and Natan Alterman respectively.
The design of the banknotes for NIS 20, 100 has also been granted approval, but the final vote on the two bills will be held at a later date. (Ynet)
