A top state official said Monday that intelligence agencies have solid and concrete information that Syrian President Bashar Assad's army used chemical weapons against rebel forces.
"This isn't an intelligence assessment but proof and even beyond that. There is raw material proving Assad's actions and no one doubts it," he said. (Moran Azulay)
