J'lem: 5 students suspected of assaulting non-Jewish detectives
Students from the Mercaz Harav yeshiva in Jerusalem are suspected of assaulting two non-Jewish detectives. The detectives were at the site on an operational activity and spoke in Arabic. Five students exited the yeshiva, a few words were exchanged between them and then they went back inside. A few minutes later, they came out again equipped with tear gas, sprayed it on one of them and assaulted the other.
The detectives struggled with them, arrested one of them and the other four escaped. The police are searching for those who escaped. One of the detectives was taken to the hospital in light condition. (Noam Dvir)
