Disruptions expected in railway service

Disruptions to Israel Railways service are expected after 28 conductors "called in sick" Wednesday morning, in response to new computerized shift arrangements which the organization introduced on Tuesday. Conductors are unhappy with the new conditions.
Management is flying in 11 replacement conductors, who had been attending a Histadrut Labor Federation event in Eilat. (Hillel Posek)
