Thailand: El Al plane turns back after hitting bird

Two hours into a flight to Israel from Bangkok, an El Al plane was forced to turn back after it hit a bird. The plane landed in Thailand’s capital city where it was inspected and found to be fit for flying.
Passengers were sent to area hotels. The plane is scheduled to arrive in Israel late Wednesday afternoon. (Shahar Chai)
