Deri to Yishai: Shabbat cures all

Aryeh Deri, who was appointed as the sole chairman of Shas on Thursday, said he regards his return to the post as an "enslavement, as it is a heavy burden." Deri added the appointment comes with "a huge responsibility in such a period for the opposition, with many (tough economic) measures, with many problems."
Regarding the removal of Eli Yishai from the party's leadership, Deri said "I know, this is difficult, but the Shabbat cures all ills." (Kobi Nahshoni)
