Turkey, Japan sign deal to build nuclear reactor on Black Sea

Japan and Turkey signed a deal worth $22 billion to build a nuclear reactor on the shores of the Black Sea in Turkish territory.  

 

Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the deal is a significant step on the way to make Japan a strategic partner. (AFP)
