Handicapped man shot in Haifa, in moderate condition

A 46-year-old handicapped man was shot on Derech HaHagana in Haifa. Magen David Adom paramedics transferred him to Rambam Medical Center in the city. It is believed the man was shot as he sat in his car. The incident is under investigation. (Ahiya Raved)
