IDF downscales annual northern drill due to tensions
Northern Command and the IDF's executive wing decided to significantly downsize the annual drill in the north of the country, which usually includes activity on the Lebanese border.
IDF Spokesperson Unit said the decision was taken with a view to avoid flaring up the tense situation in the region any further, as well as to prevent increased activity of military vehicles near the border. (Yoav Zitun)
