Holyland trial: Olmert's brother declared hostile witness
The Tel Aviv District Court announced Yossi Olmert, brother of former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, as a hostile witness in the Holyland trial.
The decision was made after Yossi Olmert claimed on the witness stand that he does not remember receiving checks from Shmuel Dachner – contrary to his statement in his interrogation by United States authorities, when he said he did receive the checks. (Naama Cohen Friedman)
