Report: Palestinian groups, Syrians to discuss anti-Israel operations

The secretary-general of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front, Khaled Abdel-Majid, says that Palestinian group leaders will meet with Syrian officials to discuss ways to implement Syria's decision to let them operate in the Golan Heights against Israel, state-run Syrian newspaper al-Watan reported.

The newspaper also quoted a Syrian source as saying that "we have set targets inside Israel that can be hit without the leadership's approval." According to the newspaper, the Syrian army has an "Israeli bank target" within its missile range. (Roi Kais)
