IDF Chief: Discussion about right to serve, not equality of burden

During a Nahal Brigade training exercise near Tel Arad, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz commented on the issue of equal share of the burden and said: "We are not discussing the issue of an equal share of the burden but rather the distribution of a right – the right to serve and protect the State of Israel."
