Lapid: We changed distribution of economic burden

During a joint press conference currently being held with Histadrut Labor Federation Chairman Ofer Eini, Finance Minister Yair Lapid commented on austerity measures expected to come into effect as part of the budget saying that "we taxed the rich as well, we raised the corporate tax and we cut MK and minister salaries.

"The cuts also focused on groups considered untouchable until now. We completely changed the distribution of economic burden." (Noam Dvir)
