Youth arrested for racially motivated assault on Palestinian
The State Prosecutor has filed an indictment against Benjamin Richter, a 22-year-old from the settlement of Alon Moreh, charging him with a racially motivated assault on a Palestinian and his daughter near the settlement of Karnei Shomron.
The prosecutor has requested Richter be remanded until completion of proceedings. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
