Civil administration approves plan to build housing units in W. Bank
The civil administration approved a plan to build 300 housing units in the West Bank settlement of Beit El.
Advancement of the plan was possible following the approval of Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon to proceed with planning procedures. (Itamar Fleishman)
